In terms of fees she had no intention of proposing a course of action where she probably would have collected more fees. I went to law school with Ms. Hansen. Since that time, I have known her to be an intellectually gifted and hardworking professional. Coincidentally, we worked as Assistant Public Defenders at the same time. In fact, we tried jury trials together. Early on in her career, I saw what a gifted attorney she was.
